The problem

The sites you want aren't on anyone's rate card.

The best campaign sites aren't in a media owner's inventory. They're the pub wall on the marathon route, the gable end outside the stadium, the façade across from the launch. Nobody has ever asked the owner, and the date won't wait while you work out who to call.

The owners don't know.

Someone has to find the wall and trace who owns it.

The date won't move.

Events run to a fixed clock. The best spots go months ahead.

The detail bites.

Consent, fire safety, access, install windows. Miss one and the campaign doesn't run.

Who it's for

For teams who need a site that doesn't exist yet.

Brands direct

Own the moment.

A takeover on the route, outside the venue, or on the street that matters to your launch.

Media agencies

Standout, one-off sites.

Sites that make a plan and a pitch different. Sourced against your client's brief.

Specialists

The space, found and secured.

OOH, ambient and experiential teams who need the site handled, so they can focus on the idea.

What we source

Event moments and pinpoint locations.

Event campaigns

Be where the crowds are, for as long as they're there.

  • Marathons and race routes
  • Carnivals and parades
  • Stadium and sporting fixtures
  • Festivals, concerts and arena shows

Targeted campaigns

The exact street, not just the right city.

  • Product launches and store openings
  • Venues, campuses and business districts
  • A rival's doorstep
  • A single postcode

What we do

One team, from brief to bare wall.

Tell us the event, the location or the audience. We handle everything needed to get a site ready for your creative, then hand it back clean.

  • Map the route or target area

  • Find the surfaces and trace the owners

  • Negotiate short-term licences

  • Manage advertisement consent and compliance

  • Coordinate install with production partners, or yours

  • Remove and reinstate after the campaign

Why Stacked

Independent by design.

Not tied to anyone's inventory

We don't own an estate we need to fill. Every site we put forward is there because it's right for your brief.

We know who owns the wall

Direct relationships with landlords, developers and asset managers, and the know-how to reach the ones nobody has spoken to.

We handle the hard bit

Advertisement consent, listed buildings, conservation areas, fire safety for external fixings. The things that stop campaigns late.

Track record

Already done on London's biggest days.

We've secured sites for the London Marathon and Notting Hill Carnival, and we manage building sites across London, Manchester and Salford.

Pricing

Every brief is different. So is every quote.

We price each campaign on its own terms, with one clear, all-in quote before anything is committed. What shapes it: location and number of sites, campaign length and lead time, landlord fees, the consent route, and production and install if you need it.

FAQs

Common questions.

How far ahead should we brief you?

For major events, the earlier the better. Three to six months gives the widest choice of sites. Targeted campaigns can often move faster, depending on consent.

Do we need planning permission?

Often, yes. Most building-mounted advertising needs advertisement consent. Some short-term displays may not. We assess every site and manage the process for you.

Can you handle production and install?

Yes. We can bring our production partners, or work with yours.

Where do you work?

London and across the UK.

Is there a minimum campaign length?

No. We source sites for a single day, a weekend or a few weeks.

What does it cost?

Every quote is bespoke. Send us the brief and we'll come back with options and a clear price.
